Terms of Service
These terms govern enrollment in UPDEED programmes and use of this website.
Enrollment
Enrollment is by application and review. Acceptance is at UPDEED's discretion and a place is confirmed only once the enrollment agreement is signed and the first payment is received.
Programme delivery
Programmes are delivered remotely through scheduled 1:1 mentorship. Mentors are matched by research field; UPDEED may substitute a mentor of equivalent standing where necessary.
Outcomes
Publication, patent and competition outcomes depend on independent third parties. Where a results guarantee applies, its exact terms are set out in the signed enrollment agreement.
Payments and refunds
Fees, payment plans and refund windows are defined in the enrollment agreement. Payment plan instalments remain due for the full programme term.
Intellectual property
Students retain authorship and ownership of their research and inventions. Site content, curriculum and materials remain the property of UPDEED.
Changes
UPDEED may update these terms. Material changes are communicated to enrolled families in writing.
